Abstracts summarising audits, original research, pilot-projects, case reports, systematic reviews or meta-analyses are invited from trainees in all ten surgical specialities and medical students.
We warmly welcome international trainee submissions from outside the UK and Ireland.
Abstracts undergo rigorous and anonymous peer-review by a minimum of three reviewers. The highest scoring abstracts are accepted for presentation (eitheroral or poster). For more details about abstract submissions, rules and categories, please see:
All accepted abstracts presented at the conference will be published in Elsevier’s International Journal of Surgery.*
Abstracts will be considered for award of one of 25 prizes, spanning all specialties and abstract themes. For more prize details please CLICK HERE.
